- Cellular modems are a dime a dozen, but their only claim to fame is that they
- have builtin error correcting protocols suitable for cellular. They don't
- have the cellular transmitter/receiver in them. I have never heard of a
- cellular trasmitter/receiver being squeezed into a PCMCIA form factor.
